Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms are between you and MarginTop Solutions, Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal (“we”, “us”), and cover the game Table Tennis: 1v1 Online and this website. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Who can use it
The game is for everyone. Players under 13 use Kids mode and should have a grown-up’s permission to install and play. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you.
Using the game
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for your own enjoyment, not for business.
- Play fair. Do not cheat, use bots or scripts against other players, exploit bugs to harm others, or try to break or overload our servers.
- Do not copy, reverse-engineer, extract or resell the game or its content, except where the law lets you.
- Be kind. Room codes are for friends. Do not use the game to harass anyone.
Online play
Online play depends on your connection and on our servers, and may be slow, interrupted or unavailable. If your opponent leaves, you win by forfeit. Your opponent’s device can see your IP address during a match (see the Privacy Policy).
Updates
We may update the game, including changing its screens and rules of play without a new download from the store. We may add, change or remove features. Some updates may be needed to keep playing online.
The lessons and quizzes
The table tennis lessons, quizzes, names and history, in the game and on this website, are educational and for general information. They are based on public sources and our own understanding and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not the official laws of table tennis, and nothing here is coaching, medical or professional advice. For official rules, rankings, classifications and events, check the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and the relevant national association. Early history dates are approximate.
Names and trademarks
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the ITTF, World Table Tennis (WTT), the Paralympic Committee, Google, Apple or any national table tennis association we mention. We use their names only to describe them. “Ping-Pong” and other names belong to their owners. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
Ownership
The game, its art, sounds, text and code belong to MarginTop Solutions or our licensors, and are protected by law. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it. Third-party software in the game is covered by its own licences (see Open source licences).
Links to other sites
We link to other websites (for example the ITTF or Google Play). We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
No promises, and limits on our liability
The game and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise they will be error-free, always available or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that comes from using them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed.
Stopping access
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may limit or end access for someone who breaks these terms or harms the game or other players.
Apple and Google
If you got the game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store’s own terms also apply. These terms are between you and us, not the store. The store is not responsible for the game, its support, or any claims about it.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will change the date at the top. If you keep using the game after a change, you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts or laws.
